A Structured, Bespoke Healing Journey
Healing from C-PTSD, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, or depression is not a quick fix. These experiences shape the nervous system, self-perception, and the way you relate to yourself and others. Meaningful, lasting change requires time, safety, and a thoughtful, well-held process.
For this reason, I work in focused 4- or 6-month programmes. Over many years of practice as an Integrative Therapist offering many modalities of therapies, I’ve found this length of time offers the depth, continuity, and containment needed for real transformation. It allows us to move beyond surface-level relief and into work that creates genuine, sustainable change.
Each programme is bespoke. There are no rigid formulas and no one-size-fits-all approach. Your history, your nervous system, and your goals shape the work we do together. At different stages, we may focus on stabilisation and nervous system regulation, finding the root cause for an issue, on processing past experiences, or on strengthening your sense of self, boundaries, and emotional resilience. The work evolves with you, always at a pace that feels respectful, grounded, and supportive.
Working in a programme also creates a steady, reliable therapeutic container. For many people, especially those with C-PTSD or a history of narcissistic abuse, consistency and predictability are not a luxury, they are part of the healing. We are not starting over each session. We are building something coherent, integrated, and lasting.
Your programme may draw from approaches such as:
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
RTT is a powerful, brain-based therapy that blends hypnosis, psychotherapy, NLP, and key elements of CBT. It works by uncovering the root cause of the issues you’d like to address—such as anxiety, self-esteem, confidence, or co-dependency, social anxiety, childhood neglect.
Many of our core beliefs are formed in childhood and become wired into the subconscious mind. Thanks to neuroplasticity, we now know that these beliefs can be rewired and reprogrammed.
In a 2.5+ hour RTT session, you’ll gain valuable insight into your early programming. Afterward, you’ll receive a bespoke self-hypnosis audio to listen to for 28 days, helping to reinforce and upgrade your subconscious patterns for lasting change.
The Safe and Sound Protocol
This is a phenomenal, science-based protocol that helps regulate the nervous system in a non-invasive way. It reduces anxiety, increases feelings of safety, and supports you in becoming more grounded and socially engaged.
Using specialised headphones, you’ll listen to specially filtered music over a total of 5 hours. We begin this process together, in small manageable steps. Trauma can affect the middle ear, leaving you hypersensitive to sound and easily triggered. This protocol gently retrains the system - vagus nerve work at its best!
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
This is a gentle empowering approach that helps you connect with the very different ‘parts’ of yourself - the protective parts, the wounded parts and the deeply wise core within you. Instead of pushing your inner experiences away, IFS supports you in understanding them with compassion, so healing can unfold naturally and at your pace. This method invites curiosity rather than judgement, helping you feel more grounded, integrated and in control as you move forward to emotional freedom. IFS is recognised as an evidence based, trauma informed psychotherapy model, that treats a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a brain-based therapeutic approach that helps access and process unresolved trauma, stress, and emotional pain by using eye position to locate where experiences are stored in the brain and body. Research in neuroscience shows that traumatic and overwhelming experiences can become “stuck” in subcortical brain networks, particularly those involved in survival responses, emotion, and memory. By identifying a specific eye position, or ‘brainspot’, that correlates with emotional and physiological activation, Brainspotting allows the brain’s natural self-regulating systems to process and integrate these experiences at a deep, nonverbal level. This method engages both the nervous system and the body, supporting reductions in emotional distress, improvements in emotional regulation, and lasting changes in how the brain responds to stress and trauma.
Integrative Change-Work
This powerful approach rewires the brain through unconscious processing and self-directed neuroplasticity, creating lasting change at a deep level. In a short time, it helps interrupt looping thoughts and habits, removing the ‘blocks’ that hold you back and opening the way for permanent transformation.
The Rewind Technique
The Rewind Technique is a gentle yet highly effective process for healing trauma, with research showing around a 95% success rate for PTSD. In just a one-hour session, this approach helps reduce the emotional distress linked to painful memories by working with the brain’s natural process of memory reconsolidation.
Rather than erasing the memory, the Rewind Technique changes the way it is stored, so it no longer triggers the same intense emotional and physical responses. This allows you to feel calmer, safer, and more in control when recalling past events.
Positive Psychology Coaching
Positive Psychology helps you focus on what you DO want, rather than what you don’t. Through powerful profiling tools, you’ll discover what truly matters to you, so you can live authentically and step into the best version of yourself. There are already so many wonderful things about you - let’s uncover and celebrate them together!
Hypnotherapy
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist I can work directly with the subconscious mind which is truly life changing. In some cases, instead of RTT, we may use individual hypnotherapy sessions to focus on the areas that most need healing. Gentle yet powerful, hypnotherapy helps release burdens from the past, shift limiting beliefs, and create new, healthier patterns of thought. These sessions often bring results quickly.
Rather than applying techniques for their own sake, everything is chosen and integrated in service of your healing, your nervous system, and your long-term wellbeing.
